Regional Development Australia Central West is bringing Strengthening Conversations to Orange, Cowra, and Parkes this September, supporting stronger communication across the region's rural workforce.

These FREE SESSIONS presented by Lewis Bird of The Amend Project are designed for farmers, tradies, truck drivers and other workers in physically demanding, often isolated industries, providing practical tools to build trust, strengthen communication, and encourage individuals, workers and team mates to look out for one another, at work, at home and in the community.
