Meet Pam – one of PICAL's dedicated and gifted volunteers who is giving back to the community through a cause that is close to her heart.

The inaugural Women's Cancer Support Group will take place:

Our amazing cooking group volunteers help support local people and strengthen community connection. 🌱🤝

In 2025, the dedication of our cooking groups equated to almost $50,000 worth of community frozen meals and other meals for locals doing it tough. 🍲💚

Volunteering is about more than giving time - it’s about belonging, connection and making a meaningful difference in someone’s day. 🌟

🔧PICAL’s Fix it Cafe is back Sunday 7 June! 🔧

Got a wobbly chair? A toaster behaving suspiciously? Pants waiting for a second chance? Bring them along to our next Fix it Cafe!

Our amazing volunteers will do their best to repair your beloved items and keep them out of landfill ♻️

Last month we successfully saved a bunch of items from the bin… and let’s say one repair was a “learning opportunity.” 😂
