Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club The birth place of surf life saving in Western Australia, established 1909. We provide voluntary life saving patrols on Cottesloe beach from October to March.

Our Mission: To save lives by training and educating our members in first aid, rescue and resuscitation so that we can continue to provide the Cottesloe Beach precinct with voluntary surf lifesaving services. A service we have provided for over 110 years.

The Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club (Inc.) will hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 19 July 2026 @ 11am in the Don Morrison Room.

As is tradition a complimentary roast lunch and drinks will be provided to those members who attend.

🌊❄️ WINTER SOLSTICE SWIM IS BACK! ❄️🌊

Think you’ve got what it takes? 💪

Join us on Friday 19 June for our annual Winter Solstice Swim! Meet at the clubhouse at 5:00pm for a 5:10pm sharp start as we tackle a Stubby Stakes-style course — run to the groyne, swim around the pylon, then race (or shuffle 😅) back to the club.

🥶 Not for the faint-hearted!
🧢 Swim caps highly recommended (trust us... maybe even two!)
🏊‍♀️ Nippers must have a parent/adult swimming with them.
🩱 Wetsuit or swimmers? Your call!

Afterwards, warm up with:
☕ Irish Coffees for the adults
🍫 Hot Chocolates for the kids

This is all about fun, not speed, so whether you’re swimming, cheering, or just coming down for a laugh and a catch-up, we’d love to see you there!

Today is Red & Yellow Day, a chance for all of us to show our appreciation for the surf lifesavers who stand on the sand and in the surf making sure we all get home safely.

Behind every patrol are hours of training, early mornings, late finishes, and volunteers who always step up when someone needs help.

By donating, you’re helping fund rescue equipment, first aid supplies, education programs and the incredible volunteers who keep our beaches safe all year round.

Next week is a huge week for our Nipper State competitors! 💛🖤

Join us on 5th March at 5:30pm for our Players Tea, with a pasta dinner, guest speaker and Q&A to get everyone prepped and confident for States.

Then celebrate the end of the season at our Nipper After States Party on 8th March at 5:00pm at Cottesloe SLSC — pizzas provided and the bar open.
