Good evening all,
Please find attached posters for our club rally. One poster contains general information, and the other explains the rally entry registration process.
This year, all rally entries will need to be registered online through the following link: Showday
Registrations will open from 1 September 2026. If you need help completing your registration, please contact either myself or Emma, and we will be happy to assist.
When registering, you will need to provide the categories you are entering, the number of entries in each category, and your payment details.
Once registered, you will be issued with a slip showing your details and entry number. This slip must be printed and displayed on the dash of your car, tractor, dozer, truck, or other vehicle or machine. I will bring a tape gun on the day in case anyone needs help securing it.
Voters will write the entry number on their voting slip. Officials will then check the numbers against our registration records so votes can be counted correctly for the trophies.
Please make sure all registrations are completed before Show/Rally Day.
