The Grumpy Old Men group that meet once a fortnight on a Friday evening are very pleased about the new lights outside the Lion’s Club of Corowa. Now they can see what they are eating. Thank you Lions for thinking about the group.
Everyone is welcome to come and join them for a sausage for a gold coin donation.

Corowa Lions and Corowa LHAC are focusing on Men’s mental health over the next few months. Men’s Mental Health Awareness Week starts on the 15th June. There are going to lots of activities organised during and before this week. Please look out for them.

So we were very busy at Corowa Skate Park on Sunday. Cooked around 150 sausages for the kids, police and other community members to celebrate the new painting of the sheds. A raffle of 32 vouchers were given out to the children.

A big shout out to all the firefighters in Corowa who assisted with the putting out of fires yesterday especially the Federation Support NSW RFS Brigade. For their efforts we have donated 16 slabs of water to them. Please stay safe as you continue your work.
