It was a pleasure to farewell Jan Mills at her funeral today in Casino. I was proud to see so many FNC Group members there and to give Jan the Guard of Honour she most certainly deserved. RIP dear lady after a life well lived.

What a morning! One we, as a Branch, can be proud of.
Today was the CWA Far North Coast Group Handicraft competition and we are pleased to announce that our branch receives 3 x first places and 3 x second places, among others, in the many different categories we entered.
That means we have 3 of our handicraft items headed to the next stage of judging, being State Handicraft.
Well done to Elaine, Janelle & Janette for receiving your first places in your sections. Can’t wait to see how they go at the next stage of competition. No matter what, pat yourselves on the back and be proud of yourselves. We certainly are.
Congratulations
