Treating a Ficus cunninghamii stump with a more natural approach than glysophate, roots had advanced into the next door neighbors water tanks, roots had to be trrated naturaly to avoid contamination of drinking water.
Nature has all the answers 🌳🌿

A client has asked us to create a natural looking nest box as a gift for a friend.
Challenge accepted!
He we carved with the , targeting Scaly breasted Lorikeets, reclaimed brush box section from a removal, it just lent itself to repurposing.
A couple of little touches, and then off for install.

Please stay aware on the roads, we all have a responsibility!

This is Jeff, a handsome dispersal-aged boy who is currently in ICU with the wonderful staff at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.

Jeff is the second koala to be hit by a car on Yurol Forest Drive in Pomona in LESS than one week.

The first koala we reported on was killed instantly, and Jeff sustained a nasty knock to the head and is battling neurological injuries and cranial bruising.

Both were hit-and-run cases left in the middle of the road.

Thank you to the lovely Shane and family who came across Jeff and confined him while our rescuer raced to the scene.

Yurol Forest Drive is one of the main ‘hit-spots’ in the Noosa region with many previous hits and near-misses recorded. It is surrounded by State Forest and National Park in the process of native forest restoration after plantation practices ceased last year.

We expect increased numbers of koalas to cross this road into the future and will be taking this matter up with the Department of Transport and Main Roads for at least enhanced signage.

Please drive slowly and be on watch when travelling along this road.

Breeding season is kicking off and koalas are ON THE MOVE – anywhere, anytime day and night.🐨

Beautiful weather in Cooroy on the days we removed 3 Large Hoop pines. Outgrowing the space available to them, we where asked to remove them and stump grind, allowing a blank canvas for more suitable plants underneath the power lines.
Thank you Andrew and Hayley for engaging Arbaron Tree Management for a fun and technical job. All timber was taken away to be milled.
A satisfying job well done and Andrew and Hayley are happy with the work performed and care taken.
