We still have a few lovely (but slightly lonely) Show entries waiting to be reunited with their owners!

There are collections of Lego creations, artworks, photographs and crafts, some complete with certificates and prize money, currently being cared for at Outback Arts Gallery.

We (and the wonderful team at the Gallery) would be very grateful if these items could be collected before Friday if possible.

If you think one of them might belong to you or your family, please pop in and collect!

In case you missed it at the show last week, we celebrated 4 Coonamble Show legends with their Life Memberships.

We’d like to thank Di Pennell, Graham Tandy, Brett Wilson and Adam Macrae for their service to Coonamble Show Society over the years.

AND THAT’S A WRAP!

It was a wild and wet show this year but we had SO much fun bringing together our 2026 Coonamble Show!

A huge thank you to our committee members who put in big hours before, during and after the show to bring all our sections together. We may be a bit biased, but we think we have the best show committee going around!

And of course, without our volunteers, where would we be!? Another huge thank you to the judges, stewards, CWA, parents, family and friends of the show who give up even a small amount of time to pin a display, move a tent, organise a motorbike, take an entry, load up a chook or whatever else may be involved! It does not go un-noticed and our show wouldn’t run so smoothly without you.

To our wonderful Coonamble community (the whole reason we run this show every year!), THANK YOU for continuing to support us! Whether it’s buying a membership, coming along to check out the entertainment, running in a locals race, bringing a pet in for the pet show or entering something into the pavilion - we are so grateful to see your smiling faces on show days and love how much you love the show!

OUR 2026 YOUNG WOMEN OF THE YEAR! 💐

Last night we had the honour of sashing our 2026 sub-junior, junior and senior Young Women in our main arena.

Congratulations to Gemma Fitzgerald (senior), Rihanna McBride (junior) and Ava McDowell (sub-junior) for winning their respective categories.

The Coonamble Show was so excited to have 13 entrants from aged 11-23 put their hands up to be involved in the program this year. We are so lucky to have such wonderful, involved and passionate young women in our community. Coonamble is in safe hands!

Congratulations to Rosie Secombe as our runner-up Young Woman and to Molly, Lucy, Imogen, Annabelle, Lou Lou, Skye, Jaliyah, Emily and Marlie for representing themselves and their community with pride!
