I planted strawberries in the garden after the spring onions finished, but they must've dropped some seeds before they were gone🌱

Onions are good companion plants for other plants to grow with as their roots have some kind of power to protect the soil from disease.

So let's just leave them there and grow with my strawberries😁

The garden is my go-to healing spot🙏🧘‍♀️

Whenever I’m feeling low or lacking energy, I always find myself drawn here. Touching the greenery and getting my hands in the dirt pulls the heaviness out of my body.

It’s where I come to recharge my spirit.🌱

The photos are of my carrots and Daikon radishes growing from seeds. I need to thin out the carrots soon! 🥕🫜

As I lost my strawberry garden to some kind of disease, I decided to start over👩‍🌾

Because the seedlings was surprisingly pricy, i just bought 2 of them. Luckily they already had runners, it didn't take long to grow a few more seedlings 😁

After about a month, each seedling produced 3 babies so in total I've got 8 plants🌱🌱🌱

Now they all have developed roots, I transplanted to the garden I organised freshly with our compost.

Hope they'll grow well and bear heaps of fruits 🍓🍓

When I was weeding my wicking garden, I found the little watermelon seedling.

I didn't plant the seed, it must have come from the chicken bedding that I used for mulching.

It might been too late for watermelon to grow tjsi season but I left it there and see how it goes.

It grew and grew, and I found a little fruit hanging down from the garden. It grew and grew and it looked it was getting too heavy for the vine so I look around and found mesh bag that onions came in from the shop.

It doesn't look very pretty but it is taking the pressure off the vine.

It was finally spotted by kids and they are keeping a close eye on it now. Maybe it's ready to pick this afternoon🍉
