Sorry, there were no takers for pacing tomorrow, so everyone will have to go it alone!

Please let the RD know if you will be celebrating a milestone.

First timers, please register for parkrun at www.parkrun.com.au/register. Remember you can grab a volunteer spot in the coming weeks by emailing to [email protected]; reply to this post; add your name to the volley board on Saturday; or send us a direct message!

We have had a few responses, but we still need one more volunteer for scanning (or timekeeper). Scanning can be done by a fast runner!

Also, are there any takers for pacer positions? You don't have to fast for pacing, just consistent!

If you can help out with volley roles or would like to have a go at pacing, please email to [email protected]; reply to this post; or send us a direct message.

We a in need of a timekeeper, scanner, tailwalker and marshal for next weekend.

Also, next weekend will be pacer week! – We are looking for four or five people who can run or walk at a consistent 5k pace (e.g. finishing time of 22min, 25min, 27min, 30min, 35min etc), who are willing to give up their precious PB for one event, to ‘pace’ fellow parkrunner’s to achieve their elusive PB!

If you can help out with volley roles or would like to have a go at pacing, please email to [email protected]; reply to this post; or send us a direct message.

Note: Pacing will only proceed if the course is dry (and the essential volley roles are filled first)!
