Luther Heights Youth Camp is owned and operated by Lutheran Youth of Queensland, a part of the Lutheran Church of Australia. Apart from running Luther Heights, Lutheran Youth of Queensland also hold many holidays camps, training and development days, leadership training and youth ministry conferences right across Queensland. Luther Heights offers unparalleled opportunities for your next camp with

outdoor education programs focused on learning and play in a safe environment. We strive to stretch the imagination, build teamwork, confidence and trust through activities ranging from high, low and medium ropes, the giant twin line flying fox, raft building, spiritual ministry and creative development. The first camp ever held at Luther Heights was in January long weekend 1958.

*STAFF ROSTERING COORDINATOR**

We're looking for an organised and detailed-focused Staff Rostering Coordinator to join our team!

The Staff Rostering Coordinator’s primary role will be to roster our outdoor instructors for upcoming camps and organise any replacements to shifts where required. This role will suit someone who enjoys problem solving, loves attention to detail, and can work independently to support a team behind the scenes.

This is a part-time position. All applicants must hold or be able to attain a Blue Card and a valid Australian driver's licence.

We’re looking for a casual cleaner to join our team at Luther Heights.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and is happy working as part of a team.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, mostly between 7am and 2pm.

As Term 1 comes to a close, we’re grateful for what has been a really positive start to the year. We’ve had some beautiful weather, the team has been working well together, and it’s been encouraging to see the way time away on camp can help young people grow in confidence, resilience, and connection with others.

As we look ahead to Term 2, the team is upbeat, the usual rhythms of the place are carrying on, and we’re looking forward to cooler weather, plenty of activity, and welcoming our upcoming guests to the site.

Luther Heights Youth Camp is on the search for a CLEANER to join our team here on the Sunshine Coast.
Local to the Coolum area, with beach views, our camp hosts a variety of groups from schools, sporting teams, churches, not-for-profits, and more, with a heart to provide a warm and welcoming place for groups to getaway.

This casual cleaning position involves:
- Cleaning dormitories, halls, dining areas and bathroom facilities
- Flexible yet consistent shifts, Monday to Friday
- Mostly hours between 7am-2pm
- Working in a team environment
* All applicants must hold or be able to obtain a Paid Blue Card.
