As Term 1 comes to a close, we’re grateful for what has been a really positive start to the year. We’ve had some beautiful weather, the team has been working well together, and it’s been encouraging to see the way time away on camp can help young people grow in confidence, resilience, and connection with others.

As we look ahead to Term 2, the team is upbeat, the usual rhythms of the place are carrying on, and we’re looking forward to cooler weather, plenty of activity, and welcoming our upcoming guests to the site.

These photos are from a staff activity earlier in the year, where our team painted the letters now displayed around the site - a colourful reflection of values we want to keep living out: open to growth, bring the fun, show heart, together.

Luther Heights Youth Camp is on the search for a CLEANER to join our team here on the Sunshine Coast.
Local to the Coolum area, with beach views, our camp hosts a variety of groups from schools, sporting teams, churches, not-for-profits, and more, with a heart to provide a warm and welcoming place for groups to getaway.

This casual cleaning position involves:
- Cleaning dormitories, halls, dining areas and bathroom facilities
- Flexible yet consistent shifts, Monday to Friday
- Mostly hours between 7am-2pm
- Working in a team environment

**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

We are looking for a skilled and relational Office Administrator to join our team and help us host amazing camps!

Based in Coolum on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, our site is a busy youth camp that endeavours to create defining moments for our guests as they stay with us.

The Office Administrator will help in HR, Bookings, WH&S, IT, payroll, and a host of other essential tasks to support our staff. We work as a dynamic team, so we are looking for someone as relational as they are efficient and competent in all things administration. All applicants must hold or be able to obtain a Blue Card and a valid Australian driver’s license.
