Are you a senior wanting to feel more confident using your phone, tablet or other devices? Or know someone who would benefit from a little extra support and connection?

We are excited to be hosting the Switched On Seniors Program at Westerly Family Centre - we hope to get one up and running and continue to help seniors in our community.

This free 3-week program is designed to help seniors:
✔ Learn the basics of being a Switched on Senior
✔ Learn how to get the most out of their devices
✔ Build confidence with technology
✔ Share and learn together in a friendly, supportive environment

☕ Afternoon tea provided each session.

📅 Wednesdays – 17 June, 24 June & 1 July
⏰ 1:00pm – 2:30pm

A huge thank you to Emily from Rockingham Library for participating in our Little Penguin playgroup session today, engaging with children and parents, leading a sing-along session with her ukulele 🎶 and reading a story 📖💕

The shared resources and visitor interaction were greatly appreciated, and everyone enjoyed the experience. We were also delighted to meet the interactive MetaDog! 🐶

Thanks to your initiative—and to everyone who took the time to vote for us—we were lucky enough to receive $100! 🙌

These funds will go directly towards supporting our free English Club, a program we run here at the centre to help build confidence and connection within our community.

The City of Rockingham has partnered with Authentic Men Org to bring a Dads-only Circle of Security Parenting program to our community.

This 8-week Circle of Security Parenting series is designed to help you:
✔️ Build stronger bonds with your children
✔️ Better understand their emotions
✔️ Become a safe and secure base for them to grow
