This year the captain of Cooke Plains is doing a stairs climb in Breathing apparatus (BA) even though Cooke Plains is not a BA brigade he dual responds with Tailem Bend Fire And Rescue

This Saturday Dylan and 999 other firefighters and emergency service personnel will be competing in the Melbourne firefighting stair climb at the crown in Melbourne to help raise awareness and donations for 3 great causes and to remember the 343 firefighters that lost their lives in the line if duty 11th September 2001.
