Coochie Progress

Coochie Progress The Progress Association was first formed back in the early 1960’s and began as “Morwong Beach Progress Association” .

In 1964 when they found they needed more members for a quorum, the name was changed to the Coochiemudlo Island Progress Association .

Coochie Bus Update
No changes to current services.
Thank you to those who have contacted me about driving.

We still need more drivers, as we lost drivers for 4 shifts per week, have drivers on holidays for the next 4 months and a number of drivers out with medical issues. This puts a lot of pressure on those who are filling in with extra shifts.

The Coochie Bus is in dire need of additional bus drivers. If more drivers are not found by the end of May - the middle shift from 11am - 3pm will be removed from the service Monday to Friday. It is considered to be the least disruptive to services.

It will be a shame if we are forced to reduce service.
