CAM CAN is a family led disability support organisation providing individualised, community based support to members and their families.

Cam Can is a locally operated service provider that offers high quality individualised and flexible supports to vulnerable people and their families/carers. Supporting over 100 people to achieve greater flexibility and control over their resources Cam Can provides leadership in the delivery of individualised supports that will assist you to meet your goals, dreams and aspirations. Our staff have many years of local experience working and living in the local community and recognise and value the important role of family, friends and community. Our ‘can do’ approach to support means that we will partner with you to custom design a range of flexible and responsive supports that makes sense for you and your family. Cam Can will assist you to have choice and control over your supports and can:
• manage or share the management of your day to day support requirements
• build strong, sustainable plans that are based on your goals
• implement your plan and assist in getting the right mix of supports and people
• build and maintain relationships within the community and with your support team
• develop skills and respond to changes in your circumstances
• ensure you stay connected with your community, information and opportunities

One of Tanya’s goals has been to rediscover who she is while improving her physical wellbeing. Working alongside her Exercise Physiologist, Tanya challenged herself to see just how far she could push herself.
Realising she could achieve anything she put her mind to, Tanya signed up for the HBF Run (to be completed a second time) and had the best day!
She enjoyed plenty of chats along the way and, in true Tanya style, even managed a few cheeky faces at the finish line!
