Supporting over 100 people to achieve greater flexibility and control over their resources Cam Can provides leadership in the delivery of individualised supports that will assist you to meet your goals, dreams and aspirations. any years of local experience working and living in the local community and recognise and value the important role of family, friends and community. Our ‘can do’ approach to support means that we will partner with you to custom design a range of flexible and responsive supports that makes sense for you and your family. Cam Can will assist you to have choice and control over your supports and can:
• manage or share the management of your day to day support requirements
• build strong, sustainable plans that are based on your goals
• implement your plan and assist in getting the right mix of supports and people
• build and maintain relationships within the community and with your support team
• develop skills and respond to changes in your circumstances
• ensure you stay connected with your community, information and opportunities

Seven months ago, Alysia’s life changed when she suffered a stroke at work. Since then, Alysia has shown incredible determination as she rebuilds her independence and relearns many everyday skills.
“Before I came out of rehab, I was really worried about having support workers and finding the right provider. My husband did a lot of research and recommended Cam Can, and from the beginning I was so impressed by the care they took to get to know me and understand what I needed. Choosing Cam Can was one of the best decisions I made. They matched me with support workers who are perfect for me, and now my days are filled with laughter while still getting the support I need to do the things that are important to me.”
We feel incredibly privileged to be part of Alysia’s journey and to support her as she continues reaching new milestones, with plenty of laughs along the way. 💜

What an incredible morning at the Cam Can Esperance office!

Yesterday we had the privilege of hosting Julie's art exhibition, and we were absolutely thrilled with the fantastic turnout. It was wonderful to see so many people come along to admire the beautiful artwork, enjoy a cuppa, and share in a delicious morning tea.

From the very first time we met Julie, we were blown away by her artistic talent. Seeing that talent grow and having the opportunity to showcase it today has been such a rewarding experience. Her creativity, passion, and dedication shine through every piece.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to support Julie. Your encouragement and kind words made the day even more special. Events like these remind us of the amazing talents within our local community.

At Cam Can, we support Members to have genuine control over their lives by providing flexible, individualised supports that are tailored to each person’s goals, preferences and circumstances.
Support is not about doing things for people, it’s about working with people to create opportunities, independence and inclusion.

Congratulations, Ash, on becoming part of the legendary team at Lucky Bay Brewing Company in Esperance!

Ash looks forward to heading to work every Sunday with his support worker, Tony. The brewery is a busy hub for both locals and visitors, and Ash takes great pride in serving tables and helping to keep the venue clean, safe, and welcoming for his fellow team members and customers.

After a rewarding shift, one of Ash's favourite traditions is enjoying a delicious pizza at the beach before heading home. It's wonderful to see him building confidence, developing valuable workplace skills, and being such a valued member of the Lucky Bay Brewing Company team.
