Manning Community Men's Shed Fund Raiser Night

Manning Men's Shed Open Day All Welcome

How close it that? Como Bowling Club commissioned us to make a box for their measuring tools. The big box that shed members Wayne Mortimore made has been painted and Wayne and Mike Harrison have been working on it to install fittings to hold the various
measuring devices which will be stored in the box.
The various larger or longer measuring tools are
held in place by spring clubs mounted on a wooden
stud and by inserting them into narrow slots in
wooden studs where appropriate. Other simpler
and smaller devices like calipers just hang on a
hook.
A wooden box is used to store smaller items.
The box is now painted blue and is mounted on a
blue sack trolley so that it can be moved around the
bowling greens.

The Manning Men's Shed at 3 Downey Drive Manning is looking for a volunteer secretary to help with our daily operations.

About the Role
We need someone who can be at the Shed from Monday to Friday mornings to assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills and reasonable computer skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing correspondence
Maintaining records
Assisting with general office duties
Supporting the smooth running of the Shed
