Community Home Care Social Centre

Community Home Care Social Centre Support for independent living in the Collie community. We offer a range of services such as Transport, Social Support and Emergency Respite.

Our Centre is a place where people who have an ongoing disability or health issue and who live in the community can come and enjoy the company of others, activities and outings. Through the centre people can access different groups like Aqua Health, Men's Group, Carers Group, Bookclub, Youth Group and much more. A HACC assessment for eligibility is required. Some services are available to non-HACC clients.
