Come join us for a spooktacular afternoon of fun at the Collie SES & Collie YES Cadets Halloween Open Day! 🕸️🦇

📍 Where: SES Building (behind Chicken Treat, Collie WA Big White Gates)

🕒 Time: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

🧁 Free entry & activities for all ages!
(Some activities may have a small cost or donation)

All proceeds go towards Collie SES and The YES Cadet Program 💪 This program is solely funded by the leaders so that it is a free program. All donations are welcomed and are completely tax deductible.

🌻✨ A huge thank you to the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup for welcoming us today to talk about Disability Awareness and Inclusion 💙

We had some great conversations around how we can all play a part in building communities where everyone feels valued and supported. Part of this was sharing information about the Hidden Disability Sunflower Program🌻 – a simple yet powerful way to let others know you may need a little extra time, support, or understanding.

By recognising the sunflower, we can help create safer, more compassionate spaces for people living with non-visible disabilities. 🌈♿🤝

Together, with inclusive minds, we can build an inclusive community.

We have released our latest Quarterly Report.

The report shows NDIS supports are helping more participants connect to their communities.

Data shows that adult participants, taking part in community and social activities has sustained improvement, growing from 34% to 41%.

You can read about participant Richie who enjoys watching the junior footy and trips around town.

Now living on his own with support, Richie is looking ahead. He hopes to improve his speech and mobility, drive again and return to work.

If anyone is able to attend it would be amasing. This is for ANYONE who lives with or cares for someone with a disability. It is located at the bottom of the library in the undercroft area.
