The Gift of a Servant –
Serving the Blacktown Community

Every Saturday morning, while many are still asleep, the heart of service begins at Bula Empowerment Group. From the early 6:00 AM setup, carefully laying out the tables with the beautiful Loloma cloth, to warmly greeting every person who walks through our doors, each act is done with love, humility, and compassion.
Our Loloma Breakfast Banquet is more than just a hot meal—it is an expression of God’s love in action. It is a place where anyone in need is welcomed with dignity, kindness, and an open heart. Every smile, every conversation, every shared breakfast is a reminder that no one should feel forgotten or alone.
What we have freely received through God’s grace, we freely pass on to others. Our banquet table is a table of love (loloma), hope, and community connection—a safe place where people are nourished not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Bula Empowerment Group is honoured to serve the Blacktown community every Saturday morning, extending compassion one plate, one greeting, and one act of kindness at a time.

A Mother’s Heart, God’s Love
Mother’s Day can be a joyful day for some, but for others, it can be a difficult and painful day. Some may miss their mothers. Some mothers may feel forgotten. Some may carry grief, loneliness, or hardship. Some may not have a place to call home. But today, we remember this truth: God sees every heart.
A mother’s love reminds us of comfort, care, sacrifice, and warmth. Even when earthly love has been broken, distant, or lost, God’s love remains constant. To those who feel lonely today — God says, “I am with you.” To those without a home — God says, “You belong to Me.”To those carrying pain — God says, “Come to Me, and I will give you rest.” Just as a mother cares for her child, God holds us with compassion and mercy.
Today is also a reminder that we can become family for one another. A smile, a meal, a conversation, a prayer — these simple acts reflect the heart of God.
No one is invisible in God’s kingdom. No one is forgotten.
On this Mother’s Day, may every person know this:
You are loved. You are seen. You matter. You are never alone. 😇✝️❤️🌷🌼🌻

Bula Empowerment Group – Blacktown Community Service
Bula Empowerment Group proudly serves the Blacktown community with a heart for connection, care, and support.
We provide a free community breakfast every Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, creating a welcoming space for everyone to come together, share a meal, and build meaningful connections.
On the first Saturday of each month, we also offer Holy Communion, providing an opportunity for spiritual reflection and fellowship.
Everyone is welcome. 💛
