Coffs Harbour Wheelchair Sports Support the Coffs Harbour Wheelchair Sports team. We play wheelchair tennis 1400/ 1600 Wednesday. Wheelchair basketball challenge Friday afternoons 1400/ 1600.

Many people with disabilities are unemployed and are often socially isolated. Participating in sporting activities give people in general a sense of belonging and builds confidence and self-esteem simply through getting involved. A few players have dreams of playing their particular sport on a national level, and ultimately represent their country in the Paralympics. One of our goals is to organis

e a basketball competition in Coffs Harbour one day, and invite an interstate team to showcase the sport to the Coffs Harbour public. It would be a great boost for our players to play in such atmosphere in front of family and friends. It will give our players a taste of what it feels like to momentarily “shine” and be seen in the public domain in an inclusive and positive light.
