Our living legendary Patrol 4 Captain takes down the flags at the end of his last patrol as Captain. Barry Allen steered Patrol 4 to many hard fought wins of the Patrol of the Year at our annual awards. This reflects his dedication to his patrol, his club and Surf Lifesaving.

Barry will still be around but after 3 decades or more as patrol captain he is taking a seat back.

From behalf of all of us on Patrol 4 we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
