Event #250!! And a terrific roll up it was… thank you to the 25 people that hit the pavement this morning and our volunteers for their time.
We were lucky enough to also have our outgoing Park Run Ambassadors Ian Dunbier make a special trip out from Rockhampton for today’s milestone.
2026 is the year for record breaking as we saw the men’s record holder Toby Rule smash his own time this morning… 🙌

One of our youngest 😜 stalwarts ran his 100th Parkrun today. Talk about effort, he bettered his PB by 2 minutes!!!! Champion effort Graham. Lovely to see your cheer squad scattered along the course and your beautiful bride with cake(s) for the celebration. Well done Mr Lawrence.

Event #245- 20 park runners out this morning. Was great to see some new timers, some new PB’s and the female course record has changed hands again!

Well done all and congratulations to Kristie Merritt on the new female record of 20:52.
