A free event, casual and always here for anyone who might need some company, motivation, an ear or even some space without having to go it alone.

Come on down, no pressure, no big times or effort required. If all you’ve got is a pair of joggers 👟 and the need to get out of the house, join us for a trot or whatever you need it to be this weekend 💕

Event #250!! And a terrific roll up it was… thank you to the 25 people that hit the pavement this morning and our volunteers for their time.
We were lucky enough to also have our outgoing Park Run Ambassadors Ian Dunbier make a special trip out from Rockhampton for today’s milestone.
2026 is the year for record breaking as we saw the men’s record holder Toby Rule smash his own time this morning… 🙌
