On this episode of the CCA Podcast, we chat with Carla from Accenture. She started in HR, realised she loved the technical projects most, and went back to study software engineering. She’s now a Workday business analyst and consultant.

Carla talks about imposter syndrome as a grad, why going to networking events alone is totally normal, and how AI is changing consulting. Her advice: every opportunity is what you make of it.
