On Wednesday, we had a visit to Tibballs Nursery instead of our usual club meeting. Tibballs is a family-run business which has been operating for over 80 years and supplies major companies and smaller nurseries with flowers, vegetables and herbs. We were joined by members of the Rotary Clubs of Brighton, and North Hobart and were fascinated by the scale of the business and the high level of automation. Thanks to Mike Quinn for the photos and to Tibballs staff for their friendly welcome.
