What's in Season This Spring

🌱 Spring has sprung — and so has your fresh produce list!

One of the easiest ways to eat well (and save money!) is to shop with the seasons. Right now in Queensland, keep an eye out for:

🥦 Veg: asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, capsicum, peas, spinach, spring onion
🍓 Fruit: strawberries, pineapple, mango, avocado, citrus

Seasonal produce is picked at its peak, so it's often fresher, tastier and cheaper than out-of-season alternatives. Next time you're at the shops or your local market, grab a few of these and get creative in the kitchen!
