Wondering if food sensitivities could be affecting your breastfed baby?

Not all unsettled babies have food sensitivities, and true food reactions are uncommon. Before changing your diet, it’s important to get the right information and support.

Breastfeeding is still recommended, and you don’t need to cut foods unless there’s a clear reaction. Learn more and get evidence-based guidance at aba.asn.au/food πŸ’›
