Inala - supporting individuals with disability Proudly providing support to individuals with disability for nearly 70 years.

We do this by providing the highest quality, human-centered services that recognise the abilities and support the aspirations and development of each individual. Founded together with families in 1958, and inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner, Inala is committed to providing the highest quality support to individuals living with disability to create opportunities and re-imagine possibilities, to make connections and to grow. Inala provides a variety of individualised and flexible Day, Community and Accommodation supports throughout Sydney’s North West and Hills Districts and the Eastern Suburbs supporting over 220 people. With a reputation for the excellence, warmth and individual care given to clients and their families, Inala takes great pride in providing for each person's all-round personal growth, skills development, self-esteem, independence and community involvement.

The Inala Fair is BACK and we would love to see you there! 🎉

Join us on Sunday 18 October from 9am to 3pm at 99 Franklin Road, Cherrybrook for a spectacular day of family fun. Pony rides, art and craft workshops, market stalls, face painting, an upcycled clothing boutique and plenty of food. There is truly something for everyone!

Every dollar raised goes directly towards supporting the nearly 200 individuals with disability that Inala is proud to serve. Come along, bring the family, and be part of something special.

“Our highest calling and greatest achievement is love, the rule of life. Love one another”.

It was with heavy hearts we received the news that Blanche d'Alpuget, Inala's great friend and former Patron, passed away this morning. For 25 years, Blanche gave her support to Inala without reservation, becoming an extraordinary advocate and champion for both Inala and for people with disability.

Even after retiring as Patron in 2023, Blanche remained a lifelong friend, supporter and advocate of Inala. Each of us at Inala will always be deeply grateful for all that Blanche gave. She is irreplaceable to us, and we deeply grieve her loss.

Let us all live by her final message: “Our highest calling and greatest achievement is love, the rule of life. Love one another”.
