Well ladies… the countdown is officially ON!

We’re in the final stretch and everything is starting to come together for the 2026 Rural Women Unite Ladies Luncheon! ✨

The florals are being arranged, the bubbles are chilling, our stallholders are stocking up, the multi-draw prizes are rolling in, the venue is getting its final touches and behind the scenes, our team is ticking off those last-minute jobs!

We cannot WAIT to welcome you all on Saturday, September 5! 🩷

Here’s everything you need to know for the day:

🌿 GATES OPEN: 10:00am

🎟️ TICKETS
Please have your digital or printed ticket ready to be scanned upon entry.

🌸 THEME: BLOOMING IN THE BUSH
Think earthy tones, beautiful Australian natives and a touch of country elegance!

πŸ’³ PAYMENTS
EFTPOS will be available, however we recommend bringing some cash along too, just in case of any technical hiccups - especially if you’re planning on getting amongst the multi-draws and shopping with our stallholders!

Morning pickups: Please be ready at 9:30am sharp at your nominated pickup point.

Afternoon drop-off: The Rix Hotel ONLY
Buses will depart the Jockey Club at:
5:00pm | 5:30pm | 6:00pm

We’ll be welcoming you all to the 2026 RWU Ladies Luncheon at the Towers Jockey Club - and we seriously cannot wait!

It’s a day of connection, laughter, catching up with old friends, making new ones and, of course, having a whole lot of fun together πŸ₯‚

But amongst all the fun, we never forget why we’re all here.

Each year, Rural Women Unite comes together to raise awareness and vital funds for Virtual Psychologist - a service helping people living in rural and remote communities access FREE mental health support when they need it.

And it really is as simple as sending a text.

There are no referrals and no waiting months for an appointment. Those eligible can connect with a psychologist, counsellor or social worker specialising in domestic violence, with access to up to 12 FREE sessions over a 12-month period.

For our mates in the bush (or regional towns), where distance and limited local services can make getting help so much harder, having support like this available can make such a difference.

It’s a cause incredibly close to our hearts and the reason this day means so much more than just a luncheon 🩷
