YOUTH VOICES: PERFECT DAY

❓What does a perfect day look like for you?
❓Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.
❓Hear how our young people prioritise happiness, balance, and wellbeing.

We'd love to hear your thoughts.
What stood out to you from this week's Youth Voices video?

Our friends at ZONTA are currently advertising a breakfast being held at the RSL in Charters Towers. It is to raise awareness for a life altering condition that is - Breast Cancer.

Show your support, take your Mum, bring your babies and make it a girl's morning!

All proceeds will go straight to research and development to improve the ways in which we can be supportive of our breasts and bodies.

ZONTA - you are amazing!

If you haven't heard already, we have decided we want to make the most of the coolest part of the day -- Walk With Us!

If you like to start your day with a walk but need motivation; Walk With Us!
We will meet at The Wellness Hub just before 8:00am to ensure we head in the same direction 😆

We're calling it a "Wellness Walk" because the idea started with our Wellness Hub attendees. The ladies and gents wanted to catch up and do something good for their bodies...so why not walk and talk!!

Every THURSDAY - 8AM - Meet at the HUB.
