Winton received the Richard Crisp Award for dynamic leadership as President (held previously), including motivating members and promoting Charlestown Toastmasters to visitors

Greg received the David Heggart Award for transformational leadership as Public Relations Officer (held previously), which includes contributing with high effectiveness on the Executive Committee
