Carers care for others. Let’s care for them too. 💛

For National Carers Week, Mosaic Multicultural Connections and Carers NSW brought local carers together for a warm morning of food, conversation, helpful information and a beautiful Tibetan cultural performance.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, including Meals on Wheels, Cancer Council NSW, Wesley Mission, NSW Rural Fire Service, Tuggerah Mental Health Centre and NSW Health.

A lovely celebration of the carers who give so much to our community. 🌼

💛 Parenting with Strength | FREE parenting course

Multicultural parents and carers are invited to join Mosaic for a supportive five-week course based on the Blackbox Parenting Program.

Together, we will explore:
• Parenting across cultures
• Understanding child development and behaviour
• Playing and connecting with our children
• How trauma can affect our parenting
• Setting boundaries and looking after ourselves
