Join us for a gentle 90-minute experience designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Through soothing somatic movement, gentle stretching, calming breathwork, reflective journaling, and the grounding sounds of singing bowls, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

Together we'll release tension, settle the nervous system, and create space to reflect on what you're grateful for and what you'd like to cultivate more of in your life.

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some time to recharge, this workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, reset, and return to a deeper sense of calm.

💛 What a night. What a community.

On Saturday evening, our community came together in support of the , raising an incredible amount of money to help continue creating hope, connection and access to support for those who need it most.

To everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered, bid in the auctions, purchased raffle tickets, shared our message or supported the event in any way — thank you. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on the lives of people across our community.

The evening was filled with compassion, connection and a shared commitment to making a difference. We were deeply moved by the stories shared, particularly by Kahi’s mum, Kelly, whose courage and strength reminded us why this work is so important.

Today we are celebrating the 1st Anniversary of the Evolve Mental Health & Well-being Hub opening in Charlestown! During this time we have delivered, alongside our partners, over 2000 support sessions to people in need.

Thankyou to all of our supporters and funding bodies, Newcastle Permanent, Bank Commonwealth, IMB Bank, Coopers Foundation, the Gresham Family, the Drinkwater Family and the Kahi Simon Fund.

Tonight we remember those lost to su***de and unite as a community at the Kahi Simon Fundraiser at Nex Newcastle to support the next 12 months in this journey.

We believe strongly in providing the care, support and hope that those facing mental health challenges need, to Evolve and grow.
