This week is the national Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week (BIEDAW) 2026 will take place from Monday, 7 September to Sunday, 13 September 2026.
This year’s theme, Redefining ‘Wellness’, explores the different messages we hear about health, food and our bodies, and how these can shape the way we think and feel about ourselves. It invites us to consider how these messages influence the way we see, treat and care for our bodies, the choices we make around food, and what wellbeing means to each of us.

The YRG is a diverse team of young people aged between 16 and 25 years old that are interested in the well-being of young people and acting as advocates.
