What is a Youth Reference Group (YRG)?
The YRG is a diverse team of young people aged between 16 and 25 years old that are interested in the well-being of young people and acting as advocates.

BUT our headspace Cessnock staff are still working until then! Your appointments will be via telehealth, phone, Cessnock Youth Centre & Outreach Service (CYCOS) or headspace Maitland.

Please contact staff to find out if your appointment has moved online or to another location (like the Maitland centre). 💚
