Tastes from Heaven is now available to purchase in Australia 🇦🇺📖

Originally created in Mexico by the amazing work of Femejj, Tastes from Heaven has now been brought to Australia to continue sharing the stories, memories and favourite recipes of victims of October 7 and soldiers who have fallen protecting Israel.

Each recipe has been shared by a family and helps preserve the memory and legacy of someone deeply loved — through food, tradition and the stories we pass from one generation to the next.

Importantly, all proceeds from sales in Australia will go towards rebuilding the community pub in Kibbutz Nir Oz, as part of a UIA Young Leadership initiative supporting the rebuilding and strengthening of communities in Israel. 🇮🇱

You can now order your copy here:
https://shop.uiaaustralia.org.au

Please share this with your family, friends and communities — every purchase helps preserve a story while contributing to the rebuilding of a community. ❤️

In the Beginning… 🌎✨
This week, our children are exploring the beautiful story of Creation as we learn about Parshat Bereish*t. Through stories, songs and hands-on experiences, the children are discovering how Hashem created the world: from light and darkness, to the sky, land, plants, animals and people 🌱☀️🌈🐘 We’ve been talking about the wonderful world around us and encouraging the children to notice, appreciate and care for all the amazing things Hashem created.

We were delighted to welcome our wonderful grandparents to our Crèche today for a beautiful Sukkot celebration. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to shake the lulav and etrog, dance and sing, and share in the joy of Sukkot.
