Our Hebrew courses continue for Term 2! Join us for "Biblical Hebrew: From First Words to Fluent Reading (Part 2, 2026)"!

The course is designed for students with little or no prior knowledge of Hebrew. The course will expand the student’s knowledge of nouns and verbs, the Hebrew tense structure, and the principles of biblical translation. The weekly reading and writing exercises, and fully worked-out homework will guide the student towards fluency in word-recognition and sentence formation. We will be linking grammatical points to real biblical texts to reveal how understanding a Hebrew word opens new insights into God’s Word. Biblical Hebrew from First Words to Fluent Reading Part 2 will run for 10 weeks in Term 2, and will be followed by Parts 3 to 10 in 2026, 2027 and 2028. A keepsake certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the course to celebrate your achievement.

Join us for our live online course "Israel in the Biblical Worldview" for Term 2, 2026!

Is the subject of Israel a peripheral matter within Christian thought? Is it merely a detail over which believers can hold any one of a range of views? Or is Israel’s restoration a central biblical theme essential to a sound biblical worldview and a remarkable demonstration of divine grace, wisdom and faithfulness?

This eight-week course explores the themes of Israel’s identity, calling, and future restoration woven through both Testaments, and why misunderstanding these themes leads to theological confusion. Particular attention is given to the dangers and methods of replacement theology, the rise of antisemitism, and the need for believers to think biblically about modern Israel in light of Scripture. Each session will be followed by Q&A for full discussion of the topics covered. A keepsake certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the course to celebrate your participation.

Perry Trotter is a Bible teacher, photographer, media producer, and occasional commentator. He is the author of Israel in the Biblical Worldview, a book endorsed by a number of international scholars. He has experience in refuting replacement theology and Christian anti-Zionism. Perry is also a media producer whose work on the Holocaust has been shown in Berlin, Dubai, and Australia. His travelling exhibitions have been shown in museums and public spaces throughout NZ.

As tensions rise in the Middle East with the recent strikes on Iran, we are watching a deeply serious and dangerous moment unfold in the Middle East.

Families are rushing to shelters, parents trying to reassure frightened children, and communities living under the shadow of uncertainty.

Today, we pray together for 1) the Iranian people, that this will be a peaceful transition of power and new leadership would be just, 2) Israel, as Israelis must once again seek shelter as missiles strike them and neighbouring countries, and 3) the Middle Eastern region, that a time of peace may come. May the Good News of Yeshua our Messiah go out during this tumultous time!
