Last night, Princes Park Scout Group hosted a CPR and defibrillator training session for the launch of our Shock Station - and what a turnout! 40 people trained, including parents, Scouts, Venturers, and members of our local community.

Scouting has always been about more than badges, knots and campfires - it's about looking out for one another and giving back to the community around us. Knowing how to act in an emergency is one of the most powerful ways we can do that.

We were thrilled to be joined by David Southwick MP and Cr Simone Zmood and are incredibly grateful to Glen Eira City Council for funding this initiative and to Community First Responders Australia for facilitating the defibrillator and delivering the training.

Our defibrillator is now permanently installed outside the Scout Hall at 1a Birch St, Caulfield South — accessible to the whole community, any time it's needed.

Together, we're building more than just a Scout Group - we're a community that's ready to show up when it matters most. 💙

Scout Membership Grows Again.

As of this year’s Census, we have recorded over 3% growth across Scouting in Victoria.

More young people are choosing adventure, choosing friendship and choosing to challenge themselves.

ANZAC Day 2026 with Princes Park Scout Group. 🌺

Over 80 members, families and leaders joined the Shrine Dawn Service this morning — one of the most meaningful things we do as a group each year. Afterwards, back to the hall for breakfast and two-up, made possible by our incredible parent volunteers.

Dawn. Shrine. Community. This is what Princes Park looks like. So proud of every young person who showed up in the dark to stand and remember. Lest we forget. 🌅
