Movement Zone Dance Studio (Sarah Cook) is bringing an epic showcase celebrating the 50th birthday of HipHop culture!

▶️ On November 11th and 12th, there will be three shows at Phee Broadway featuring all of our classes from 4-90 years of age!
*️⃣ There will be Bboys and Bgirls performing and and incredible live DJ. This show is not to be missed!

▶️ Our Incredible will be running a bar where all proceeds will be going to their newly formed not for profit organisation, supporting movement for seniors.

Parents and carers are invited to attend our next Youth Mental Health First Aid course to learn how to support young people experiencing mental health problems.

The course will cover:
> The difference between normal adolescent development and a developing mental health problem
> How to have open conversations with young people
> Signs and symptoms of possible mental health problems
> Where to seek further help.

Participants will receive take-home resources, meet other parents and enjoy dinner at each session.

Course dates/times:
5:00pm to 9:00pm | Monday 3, 10, 17, 24 October 2022
Venue: Civic Centre, Castlemaine
Cost: $60
