It is that time of year again and wow this year has flown by , this will be our 12th annual Our Two Hands community Christmas .
Yes we are still actively supporting those doing things hard within the community , a combination of burn out , working 6 days a week and life being really challenging has seen a major decline in us actively posting updates , but yes we are still here quietly supporting those that we can .
This year has been extremely rough for so many people and we are aware that the ability to be able to help is not as achievable as it once was , we send our love and well wishes to every single person reading this post .
This year We will accept donations of gifts for children , teens , adults and food items to go into any of the family christmas food parcels we will put together and deliver .
We we will begin on the 1st of December and go through till December 14th then all deliveries will be made by our Christmas helpers by the 16th of December , if your wanting ages of children or any other information for gifts please feel free to message us , all addresses and personal information for each person receiving assistance will not be given out under any circumstances .
To all who made last year possible for families struggling within our community we are so grateful , you all made Christmas magical for so many Children , teens , families and individuals .
A community Christmas service run by Our Two Hands is the difference between shattering isolation and our most vulnerable community members and our homeless feeling the true spirit of christmas.
As our families come together to celebrate this festive season , lets think about those who are in need of some help this Christmas . Together we can remind them they are cared for and that we wont just give up on them .
Our Two Hands is asking that together we break their isolation , helping them feel safe and included . Just a $2 gift from the bargain shop, a food hamper, a gift card for food or Christmas gifts is what we are kindly asking for in time for us to get out and share some festive love and cheer .
