*Support, information and advocacy
*Emergency relief referral and links to other services
*Crisis care packs to support basic needs (i.e food, toiletries, homecare, etc.)
*24hr phone support in emerg
ency or crisis situations
*Storage and distribution of donated items, goods and funding to the areas they're needed most through our own and other connected services
*Ice Packs For Eskys - Swap & Go System! These gel packs which can be refrozen and reused are an ideal alternative to ice cubes, reducing replacement costs and preventing food spoilage and waste that occurs from liquid entering the packaging as happens when ice melts. **Documentation of individual and community needs, including services and their availability and efficiency within these areas. This is done to improve statistical data and analysis means and records, to improve funding awareness and ability where appropriate and in an endeavour to create and maintain ongoing relationships and supports between those we connect with.
