Aspley Memorial Bowls Club hosted the Moreton Bay District Ladies Bowls Singles Tournament on Monday and Wednesday. We had 22 ladies playing and it came down to one winner. Congratulations to Dawn Denford from Club Pine Rivers on her win and Noleen Brennan from Scarborough BC coming in as runner up. A big thank you to all Umpires, Markers and volunteers who made the event a success.

Proud to be Aspley!
Today saw our Division 2 team play the grand final against Pine Rivers at Bribie Island.
Following a slow start to the season, the team worked their way back to be second after the home and away season, winning the semi-final yesterday to arrive at the big dance today.
In a tightly contested game, Aspley won two out of the three rinks but unfortunately fell short on the aggregate score.
Thank you to our Aspley players. We are proud of your efforts!
