“When you hear the laughter, we know we are home”.

It was a privilege to meet with inspiring young people from Le Mana Pasifika today.

This incredible organisation is helping us to deliver our commitments of the youth strategy.

All young people deserve to have a place where they can be themselves. That is exactly what Le Mana Pasifika provides, and I couldn’t be prouder that we are backing them.

Happy National Volunteers Week ‘26
“Tautua nei mo se taeao manuia” (Samoan) - Serve now for a better tomorrow 🙌🏽 Volunteering is not really something we do in Pasifika culture it’s just who we are. We shared tonight about how we didn’t know the extras we do for our people is actually volunteering because it’s quite normal for us to serve, give our time and not expect anything, help people no matter what and do it all with a cheerful spirit. So tonight, Le Mana had a few special guests in attendance, reps from our community who are always pouring out and we’re so blessed to honour them, all those they stand for also many who couldn’t attend.
Huge Malo Lahi to Clara & Ben repping our Reference group, Sta & Son repping our Tongan dance Academy, Milly repping our Niue cultural community and Brooklynn repping our youth advisory group. Everyone who has ever given their time to the Le Mana Pasifika CMY program - Meitaki Maata!! We appreciate you!!
