Queerspace Youth Q***rspace Youth is a regular space for LGBTQIA+ and questioning young people aged 16-25 years. Instagram: ***rspaceyouth

We're run through the drum youth services at drummond street services. Q***rspace Youth a FREE regular peer-support and community engagement space for all young LGBTQIA+ or questioning folk, aged 16-25 years old. We run fortnightly events on Friday and weekly Wednesday programs that generally run between 3pm - 7pm. Our programs range from drop-in arts & crafts programs, excursions to galleries and

exhibitions, to peer-support discussion spaces around things like LGBTQIA+ sexual health, mental health and wellbeing, and exploring identity and community. To get involved, young people can self-refer by:
1) Signing up to our General Intake Form in our LinkTree.
2) Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our LinkTree for program updates and announcements.
3) Sign-up with event specific sign-up sheets for programs they're interested in attending. Our team at Q***rspace Youth currently work 10:00am - 6:00pm, Wednesdays & Fridays. We are a part of The Drum Youth Service and run through Drummond Street Services and Q***rspace. Q***r Agenda (formerly Talking Points) is a space for q***r and trans folks to swap stories, spill tea, share wisdom, and support each other through the wild ride of gender and sexuality journeys. Whether you're feeling your oats or just figuring things out — come through! 🧠❤️😂

Join us for an open, judgment-free workshop exploring non-binary and what it all really means — through myth-busting, real stories, and honest conversation.💖

Come hang out and get creative at our Bead Making Session — a fun, relaxed space to make something cute, express your style, and connect with other LGBTIQA+ young people. 🌈

Whether you're a total beginner or a bead enthusiast, all skill levels are welcome. Come as you are!

🌈Hello fam, LET'S GO SHOPPING!!!

Join us shopping @ Saver Footscray, and each participant has a budget of $30 to buy winter jackets, homeware, or other items. The choice is yours!

On the day of this excursion, you can meet us at the Saver Footscray store (33 Albert St, Footscray) at 4 pm, or at 100 Drummond Street, Carlton, at 3 pm to travel with the team there.

Pansexual and Panromantic Awareness and Visibility Day, 24 May.

This annual observance—also celebrated by many on December 8 as Pansexual Pride Day—elevates the visibility of people attracted to others regardless of their gender identity.
Pansexuality is attraction to people regardless of gender — including men, women, nonbinary, genderfluid, agender, and all other gender identities.
The prefix pan comes from Greek, meaning "all."
It's distinct from bisexuality, though the two overlap — bisexuality means attraction to two or more genders, while pansexuality explicitly emphasises gender is not a factor in attraction. Many people use both labels interchangeably or identify with both.
The term gained wider popular use in the 1990s alongside growing visibility of nonbinary and transgender communities.
The pansexual pride flag features three horizontal stripes: pink (attraction to women/femininity), yellow (attraction to nonbinary/genderq***r people), and blue (attraction to men/masculinity).The flag was created around 2010.
Pansexual people may experience "bi/pan erasure" — the dismissal or invisibility of non-monosexual identities within both straight and q***r spaces.
Call out prejudice: Speak up if you hear biphobic or panphobic comments (e.g., dismissing bisexuality/pansexuality as "just a phase" or cheating).
