Carlton Rover Unit is one of Melbourne’s largest and most active Rover Units, and the closest to the Melbourne CBD. We meet on Monday nights at our Hall in Shakespeare Street, Carlton—super close to tram routes 1 and 6! Carlton Rovers are a fun and cheerful bunch with strong Scouting spirit and a commitment to making everyone feel welcome. Our Unit is all about supporting Rovers do whatever it is

they want to do in Scouting: Rovers in our Crew are keen hikers, paddlers, skiers, and campers; many are committed to earning their Baden-Powell Scout Award; and many more give Service as Leaders in youth sections, as office bearers on a range of Scout and Rover councils and committees at a state and national level, and as volunteers for community organisations. The best part about being a Carlton Rover is that you’ll always be experiencing and trying new things—every member brings something fun and unique to our program.
