Captains Flat Country Markets New stall holders are always welcome! The Captains Flat Country Markets are run by the Captains Flats Community Association Inc.

🌾 Come to the Flat and join us in celebrating local produce, handmade goods & timeless country charm🌾
Held inside the Captains Flat Community Hall on the First Saturday of every month except January. for the benefit of the local community. We aim to provide a place for locals and visitors to catch up over a cuppa. The markets' cafe, the Plaza Theatre Cafe (named in honour of the Hall's previous l

ife as a picture theatre), serves fresh espresso coffee, tea and a variety of light snacks such as soup, toasted sandwiches or cakes and slices. Other volunteer community groups such as the Captains Flat Rural Fire Brigade, the Seniors Group and the local preschool, take turns to run the BBQ. The market is managed by a volunteer Sub-Committee of the Community Association
The Association has a permanent information stall on the village and the Association.

Our little Community has been gatekeeping the best and friendliest markets around (well, we think so) and it is about time we put the call out for new stalls to add to our absolutely wonderful bunch of Stall Holders that make our markets the best in the region! And there is so much going on that we really want to share in the love, so join us for the Winter Markets, the Christmas in July Markets, Fathers Day Markets, Captains Flat Blessing Of The Bikes markets, November Markets and of course the end of year Christmas markets. We are opening our hearts to Arts, crafts, Gifts, Food, crystals, spiritual, Handmade goods, Fresh produce, Meat, eggs, leather, feathers, kids tables, first timers

Mothers Day is on Sunday 10th May - so you had better get organised tomorrow to make sure you have her gift and what you are planning for breakfast in bed!
Lucky the Captains Flat Markets are on just in time. There are 25 Stalls plus representaives from QPRC, Legacy Mines, The Land Council and Crown Lands.
BBQ is being run by the SES.
Captains Flat Hotel, Captains Flat RSL and citizens club, Captains Flat Mens /Community Shed,& Captain's Treasure will also all be open also, so please show your support!
