Here are a few tips to keep your home in great shape this season:

Wondering if you are eligible to rent through HomeGround? Here is how the process works:

🏠 Step 1: Check your eligibility
Affordable rentals through HomeGround are available to households that meet the ACT Government's income and household criteria. You can check your eligibility on our website.
🏠 Step 2: Apply for a property
Browse our available properties and submit an application online. Our team will guide you through the process.
🏠 Step 3: Assessment
We assess your application, verify your income and check references.
🏠 Step 4: Move in
Once approved, sign your tenancy agreement and collect your keys. We check in within the first two weeks to make sure you have settled in well.

Eligibility is reassessed every 12 months. HomeGround also manages full market rate properties open to all applicants.
