Some good advice from our friends at Lifeline Canberra about picking up some old hobbies or finding new interests. Once you are over 50 it’s time to focus more on you and spending more time doing things you enjoy.

Spring can be a great time to pick up a new hobby, get back into an old one, or just make a little more room for things you enjoy.

There’s no pressure to suddenly become a completely new person because the weather got nicer. Start small, try something that feels good, and see where it takes you.

An excellent informative talk at Tuesday’s Forum by Wayne Custodio of AIN on using AI to assist with travel planning and experiences. From using “ask maps” to translation apps with ChatGPT, Waynes talk provided many simple hints and suggestions whilst highlighting the importance of safety.

This week our popular Tuesday Forum has an expert in digital transformation, strategic innovation and cybersecurity presenting the first in a 2 part series on AI for Everyday Life. Tuesday Forums are 2-hour online sessions that give members the opportunity to be informed by experts and ask questions.
