The wind has settled but there very dark clouds and rumbles in the distance ⛈️ With the expected storms looking VERY likely and increased electrical activity, we won’t be turning on tonight.

What a wonderful night! Despite the ominous weather forecast, Mother Nature looked after us.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for the carols, lights, ice cream, sausages, and most importantly, the joy of being together.

A huge thank you to all who supported our chosen charity, Good Omen Goodeze - your generosity means the world. We hope you enjoyed the festivities as much as we did.

We can’t wait to welcome you back next year for an even bigger and brighter street party…who knows, maybe we can convince Santa to make a special appearance?!

🎄✨ TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT – PERCY’S CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR STREET PARTY! ✨🎄

Dust off your Santa hats, grab your festive spirit, & sleigh on down for an evening of Christmas cheer, twinkly lights, & good vibes all round!

🕡 6:30pm – 8:30pm - unless sold out prior!
🌭🥤Fundraising & fabulous sausage sizzle & ice cold drinks - $3.50 per sausage, $2.50 drinks, or $5 for sausage & drink combo!
🍦 Artisan ice cream from The Chameleon Icecreamery, including some delicious ho-ho-holiday favourites!

🎶 7:45pm – 8:30pm 🎶
🎤 Carollers will be performing a joy-filled festive program.

♻️ Got cans or bottles? Pop them in our Return & Earn tub — proceeds go to Good Omen Goodeze.

Friends, we’re having a bit of a battle with the weather! It’s been behaving most of the day, but just as we were getting ready to switch on, the rain decided to make a heavier appearance ☔️

To keep everyone safe - and to protect our decorations - we won’t be turning the lights on tonight. We’re absolutely gutted and know many of you will be too 😭 If a Christmas miracle happens and the rain clears, we’ll jump on here straight away to let you know the lights are on! We truly hope to see you tomorrow evening instead 🙏🏽✨

…but it’s not all gloomy news! While the weather’s being a Grinch, Percy our Elf and his trusty dog Bernie Begg have some exciting news to share. Santa has written replies to almost all letters posted in his mailbox here at Percy’s Christmas Spectacular. We’re told they should be arriving in the next 1–2 days!! 🎅🏻🎄🙌🏽

Sorry everyone, Mother Nature hasn’t decided to play nice this evening 😢🌬️

With the strong gusty winds and forecast thunderstorms it just isn’t safe for us to turn on the display tonight.
So we’ll be closed tonight.

Pending the weather improving we’ll be back lighting up the street tomorrow night and look forward to seeing everyone 🎄🤗
