WHAT? The ReCyclery is a community bicycle workshop, with tools, experienced mechanics and volunteers, and an endless supply of secondhand bikes and components. Our goal is to provide a space where all Canberrans can gain new skills and share their old o

nes, while working towards a healthier city. The Recyclery is where pre-loved bikes go to get a second chance at life. Got a bike in reasonable condition that is no longer ridden? Drop it in to the Centre and we will nurture it back to good health and pass it along to someone who needs it. .

Throwback Time!

Just over a week ago, we attended a fantastic day at the Gungahlin Festival! A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the Canberra Environment Centre stall, had a chat, asked questions, and shared your passion for the environment with us. It was so encouraging to connect with such a vibrant and engaged community.

Events like this remind us how powerful it is when people come together to learn, connect, and take action for a more sustainable future. We loved meeting each of you and hope you walked away feeling inspired (and maybe with a few new ideas too!).
