Reach Your Dreams and Goals... with our Work Coaching program.

Here's a secret: while we love to work with young people, we also have the experience to coach and support older adults, and those who already have a job, and are wondering about issues like these:
- how to get promoted
- planning and saving for a holiday
- dealing with social relationships at work
- changing jobs
- dealing with bullying
- asking for adjustments and supports.

As well as our supports for young people just getting started after school. Fill out this form and we'll be in touch with more information 😊: https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/gTiwCaJ1DFTfQaDRGi40

Many young people find it hard to know how to navigate and search for jobs. Some find it hard once they have a job to understand work communication and politics and they might not understand their rights at work.

At the Easy Read Toolbox we now have work coaches. They are experienced at understanding the needs of young people, as they are not only qualified trainers, but they have children themselves who they have assisted.

Our work coaches will meet you where you are at and help you find your way through the job market.
