💙 We are incredibly grateful to InvoCare Canberra for including Love From Penny and Lyla information leaflets in their bereavement information packs for parents planning the farewell of their baby or child. It’s an honour to be included amongst wonderful organisations such as Red Nose Australia Bears Of Hope Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Australia and Angel Gowns Australia

InvoCare Canberra includes White Lady Funerals, Simplicity and Tobin Brothers.

Knowing where to find support can make a meaningful difference during the most difficult of times, and we are honoured to be part of these resources available to families in our community.

💜 Penny would be 4 today.

4 years of a big hole in our hearts. Of knowing we are parents but often not feeling like it. We should have a busy little girl running around having adventures. Instead, we have a couple of ultrasound images.

The pain gets easier to carry, easier to push down to get through each day, but it never leaves. It bubbles up unexpectedly, but it’s always there. It changes each year, and it’s anything but linear.

💜 But Penny brought us love and joy in a way we’d never known before. She changed us for the better. I’d never undo what I’ve been through if it meant she didn’t exist.

Now I look for beauty in everyday moments, knowing it’s Penny. A butterfly floating past out of nowhere, a sunset, rainbow, little birds. 🌈🦋

Penny is the reason Love From Penny & Lyla exists. So no one else feels alone and unseen throughout their loss. Penny has brought so many people together. I look at the incredible community that we have built together, and it’s all because of her. ✨

Give the gift of support and connection 💝

It can be hard to know what to give someone for Mother’s Day, particularly for those who only get to carry their baby in their hearts.

Please consider making a donation as a gift to someone special. We’d love to help you with your gifting, while providing support to bereaved parents in the throes of grief.

All donations from now until Mother’s Day will receive a card you can gift to a special mum, letting them know a donation has been made towards baby loss care boxes in their honour.

When you make a donation, please reach out with your contact details (DM or email) and we will email you a card (digital, can be printed or sent digitally to your person).

All amounts big and small make a difference 🫶
